Additional rooms will be billed at a rate of $139 plus applicable taxes.
Additional meal packages will be billed at a rate of $149 per person.

The meal package cost is $149 which includes all group meals and breaks.

No Show Policy
To avoid waste and paying for room/meals not used/consumed, as well as other convention expenses, room reservations and meals not canceled by August 21st may be charged $139.00 plus tax per night plus meal/entertainment cost.
